Pepper & Lime Chicken Kebabs

Skewers (soaked in water)

Serve with flatbread and a Wonky yoghurt dip.

Pepper & Lime Chicken Kebabs


  • 4 tbs rapeseed oil
  • 5 tbs Wonky Hot Pepper & Lime Relish
  • 8 cubed chicken breast fillet
  • 4 onion cut into chunks
  • 4 red pepper cut into chunks


In a large bowl whisk the Wonky Hot Pepper & Lime Relish together with the rapeseed oil to make a marinade, reserving a little to brush on the chicken later while cooking.

Place the chicken, onions and peppers in the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for at least two hours (the longer the better).

Preheat your grill, griddle or barbeque to a medium/high heat.

Drain the chicken and vegetables from the marinade and thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.

Cook the kebabs for 12 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, brushing on the reserved marinade and turning throughout.

Serve with flatbread and a wonky yoghurt dip made by mixing Greek yoghurt and either our Hot Pepper & Lime Relish or Chilli Tomato Relish together.
