Wonky Fried Rice


  • 250 g jasmine rice
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 carrot finely cut
  • 4 spring onions
  • small bunch coriander chopped
  • small handful peanuts
For the Sauce:
  • 1 tbs light brown sugar
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tbs Wonky Chilli Tomato Relish


Cook your rice as per the packet instructions.

Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside

Heat the oil in a large pan and add the spring onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Add the eggs and scramble in the oil for a further minute before adding the rice and sauce, and frying for a further 5 minutes or until piping hot.

Serve sprinkled with peanuts and chopped coriander
